Mountain Gorilla View Lodge
Mountain gorilla view lodge is one of the most popular gorilla trekking lodges around Volcanoes national park offering deluxe accommodation at a very affordable cost. They have free Wi-Fi, independent cottages constructed from local materials to blend with nature. The lodge is strategically located on the foothills of Karisimbi mountain, and very near to the park headquarters. The lodge is managed by 3B hotels with other lodges in Rwanda such as Flame Tree Village in Kigali and Akagera Safari Lodge in Akagera National Park. The cottages are big enough, each with fireplace and coffee maker, En-suite toilets, and bath facilities with cold and hot running water. Each cottage has a private veranda/balcony.
Gorillas Nest Lodge
The Gorillas Nest Lodge recently sustained fire damage to its main public building. We therefore have limited operational capacity until the main Lounge and Dining Room are restored. However, the lodge is still open for single-family or friends groups of up to 8 persons accommodated in the famous Hanna Cottage taking a maximum of 4 persons, and adjacent Ranch Rooms also taking a maximum of 4 persons, all meals prepared by a private chef in the Hanna Cottage.
Le Bambou Gorilla Lodge
Offering deluxe accommodation in self-contained cottages built using local materials to blend with the environment. Electricity available 24/7, very good food, and free Wi-Fi access. The lodge organizes airport transfers and gorilla trekking permits.

Kinigi Guest House
Located near the park headquarters at Kinigi, offers basic accommodation and a very low price. It is owned by the local community and all revenues directly benefit the local people surrounding the mountain gorillas. Accommodation starts from US$40 for a single room and a double room at US$60, Bed, and breakfast. The Guest House is just opposite the park headquarters.
Muhabura Hotel
Located in Ruhengeri town, about 20-30 minutes drive to the park headquarters. It offers budget accommodation in modern facilities from as low as US$40. Meals are great, enjoyed by business travelers and tourists to Volcanoes national park and around Musanze. They also organize airport transfers, gorilla transfers, and gorilla permits bookings.
